This luxury villa is located right on the beach, in Podstrana, near town Split. It is built with natural stone and surrounded by beautiful lawn and garden. In the back yard is a swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and pure nature, sea, and fresh air.
Yard around villa is fenced, thus it provides full privacy and relaxation right next to the beautiful sandy beach.
Villa is set up on 3 floors, and consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, small gym, laundry room, 2 small kitchens, and covered terrace with dining area and traditional stone barbecue.
Villa accommodates 8 guests.
Ground floor:
In front of the entrance doors there is spacious covered terrace with large wooden dining table and chairs. There is also traditional stone barbecue / grill from where you may enjoy fresh prepared food.
Inside, at the ground floor is one bathroom with shower, dressing room, small kitchen, and small gym with equipment. Stairs from ground floor leads to the first floor.
First floor:
At the first floor is fully equipped large kitchen with dining area. Right next is charming U-shaped living room with glassed windows in U shape which provides special charm to this part of villa. There is also LCD SAT TV, fireplace, and Wi-Fi Internet connection that covers entire floor.
Dining area has an exit to beautiful sea view balcony.
Next are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double bed, and the third one is with single bed.
One of double rooms has private sea view balcony.
There are also 2 bathrooms, one is with shower, and another is with large bath tub.
Stairs form the first floor leads to the second floor, which is also the top floor of this beautiful luxury villa.
Second floor / Top floor:
Top floor of this villa may be independent from the rest of the villa, even though entire villa is rented as one unit. However, top floor consists of small kitchen with dining area, small living room with sofa, LCD SAT TV, and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Here is also master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, as well as the exit to the balcony.
Dining / living area has an exit to the 2 spacious terraces with sunbathing space and amazing sea view that provides you with truly inner peace and relaxation.
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all rooms in villa and in front of the villa. Also, entire villa is air conditioned / both floors, and each room in villa has control board for the central air condition system.
Outside:
In front of this exclusive luxury villa is beautiful garden and lawn. Villa is located right in front of the beautiful sandy beach. There is also swimming pool with sun beds around, and outdoor shower.
