In the basement of this luxury villa above Makarska you will find traditional Dalmatian ‘konoba’ – tavern.
There is large wooden dining table with benches, kitchen with all appliances, LCD SAT TV, traditional stone fireplace, and shelf with wine bottles. This area is perfect for private parties.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor of this gorgeous villa is fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances as well as LCD SAT TV, dining area with table and chairs, spacious living room with large sofa and LCD SAT TV.
At this floor are 2 bedrooms both with double bed, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and one separated toilet.

First floor:
At the first floor are 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, one bathroom with shower, and 25 square meters terrace with amazing view over Makarska.

Each room and bedroom in villa is air conditioned, equipped with LCD SAT TV, and Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Entire area around the villa is surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean plants and flowers. In front of the villa is large, 60 square meters swimming pool with massage waterfall surrounded by sun beds for full relaxation. Pool area offers beautiful view on surrounding nature, olive trees, and sea.
Aside of the outdoor terrace is gazebo with dining table and summer kitchen with traditional stone barbecue and sink.
Villa also offers 2 garage places for cars and outdoor parking right next to the villa.
