Luxury villa Jasenice is sized 500 square meters and it has 4 levels. It is completely designer decorated and furnished. It consists of fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 double bedrooms / suites with ensuite bathrooms. In total, villa has 7 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Spa & wellness zone, laundry room, covered locked parking, heated swimming pool.

Outside area of this exclusive luxury villa is fenced all around. Inside villa has alarm & video monitoring system and safe deposit boxes. It also has energetic and ecological certificates. Combination of glass and stone creates enchanting design and gives a touch of Dalmatian charm.

Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Basement:
Near the entrance door of the villa, there is door that leads to the basement. On the south side is SPA & Wellness zone with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, and steam bath; massage table, bathroom with hydro massage shower and water massager. Near is lounge area with SAT TV and Hi Fi system. Whole area is covered with floor heating and air condition. On the north side it is toilet, small storage room, fully equipped mini kitchen with dining area for up to 10 persons, small gym with stepper and training device. In this part there are also SAT TV and Hi-Fi system, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as boiler, roller ironing board, steam iron, and classic ironing board, and solar boiler with capacity of 300 liters.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor there are fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, dishes and all cooking and eating utensils) and dining room with table and chairs for 10 persons. There is living room that opens onto large terrace with swimming pool and amazing view on the opened sea and islands. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV and home cinema system, comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons, armchair, as well as fireplace, wood burning. There is one common used toilet.
Complete ground floor is covered with floor heating and air condition, as well as Wi Fi Internet access.
Near the living room is the entrance to the double bedroom with king size bed, desk, SAT TV, Wi Fi Internet access, AC, and en-suite bathroom with massage shower.

First floor:
On this floor there are two bedrooms. In front of the bedrooms there is storage room. Both bedrooms are with double bed, balcony with amazing sea view, desk, SAT TV, Wi Fi Internet access, AC, and en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with floor heating, and massage shower tub, and other has floor heating and Jacuzzi massage hot tub with chromo therapy and aromatherapy.

Second floor:
On this floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite glass wall bathroom with floor heating and massage shower.
Bedroom is equipped with desk, Wi Fi Internet access, printer – scanner - fax machine, AC, SAT TV and DVD player. There is also roof window that together with ceiling lightning provides effect of sky full of stars.

Outside:
On the area of approx. 350 square meters around the villa, there is terrace in front of the ground floor of 140 square meters with opened view on central Adriatic islands and sea. There is an infinity swimming pool with heating possibility, set of massage jets, and counter current swimming. Near the pool is a shower with cold and hot / warm water, and sun beds. This area is covered with an awning in a form of sail. There is also dining table with up to 10 seats and lounge corner garniture plus armchair.
