Gorgeous Villa with Pool and Wellness near Pula in Istria

This gorgeous villa is located in Istria, in the vicinity of Vodnjan, Pula, Rovinj, and many other beautiful places and towns in Istria region.
This area is famous for truffles, and it is possible to organize truffle searching with local people and their dogs, as well as to go to the previously organized big game fishing.
Villa is surrounded by beautiful garden, olive trees, lawn and swimming pool with nearby area with summer kitchen, barbecue, and dining table, which altogether provides cozy and relaxing atmosphere enriched with luxury which is mostly manifested in indoor design of villa.
Villa consists of 2 floors, and it has kitchen, dining, and living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet, storage room, and Wellness center.
Villa accommodates up to 8 people.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor there is open plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all cookery and cutlery needed. Kitchen is opened to dining area with massive wooden table and chairs. Near the dining area is living room with sofas that may be used as 2 extra beds, LCD SAT TV, fireplace, small library, and business corner with desk.
One double bedroom with corresponding bathroom with shower is also here, as well as one separated toilet room, storage room with washing machine and iron pan.
Entire floor is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
At the ground floor is also a Wellness center equipped with Jacuzzi bathtub room, Finnish sauna room, small gym, TV room with LCD SAT TV, and shower room.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is a first floor which is also completely covered with Wi-Fi Internet access. There are two bedrooms, first with double bed and second with twin beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, and have en-suite bathrooms – one with shower, and one with bathtub.

Outside:
In front of the villa is beautiful maintained lawn, garden, swimming pool with sun beds and sun umbrella around and terrace. Covered part of the terrace is also outdoor dining area with table and chairs, perfect for gatherings and enjoying in meals. Outdoor dining area is connected to the summer kitchen with barbecue.
Villa also provides covered parking space in front.
