This luxury estate is located in small village near Vodnjan, and in the vicinity to Savicenta (St. Vicenat – charming small town in central Istria famous for its rich cultural and historical heritage) and only 15 kilometers from Pula, the main town of the Istria region

Surrounded with almost 1000 square meters of yard around, this villa has outdoor swimming pool, covered terrace with dining area, summer kitchen with barbecue, covered parking, and sport center.

Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors and consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, business corner, small library, storage, wellness with sauna, Jacuzzi, and fitness, and shower room, and one separate toilet room.

Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, multi practice blender, dishwasher, and cooking and eating utensils. Right near the kitchen is a dining area with beautiful comfortable wooden table and chairs. Next is living room with 2 sofas that may be extra beds for 2 persons, fireplace, and LCD SAT TV. Here is also business corner with working table, small library, storage room with washing machine and iron and ironing board.
There is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
One separated bathroom with shower, and one more separate toilet room are also at the ground floor.
At the ground floor is also a Wellness center with Finnish Sauna room, Jacuzzi room, small fitness room, TV room with LCD SAT TV, and shower room.
Entire floor is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

First floor:
Up to the inner stairs is a first floor, where are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double bed, and one is with two separate single beds – may be converted into a double bed. Each bedroom have en-suite bathroom; 2 bathrooms are with shower, and one is with bathtub. All bedrooms have air condition unit and LCD SAT TV.

Outside:
In front of the villa, there is amazing swimming pool with comfy sun beds and sun umbrellas. Next is a covered area, terrace with big dining table and chairs and summer kitchen with barbecue / grill, perfect for enjoy in daily and evening meals. Whole villa is surrounded by beautiful maintained garden with olive trees and lawn.
