One of the bedrooms has an exit to the sea view balcony.

This floor is also a main floor of the house, and it offers fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area.
There is also one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.
At this floor is also large terrace which offers gorgeous view at the sea and surroundings.
