This luxury villa above Makarska is set up on two floors, and consists of fully equipped open plan kitchen with spacious dining and living area, four double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and balcony, 2 separate toilets, and laundry room.
In front is the terrace surrounded by beautiful garden, lawn, and plants, infinity swimming pool, terrace furniture, barbecue, sun beds, and outdoor shower.
Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is spacious open plan kitchen, modernly furnished, and fully equipped. Next to the kitchen is dining are with table and chairs, as well as living room with spacious corner leader sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for two people, LCD SAT TV, and CD player. This area is opened onto pool terrace where outdoor dining table is, perfect for evening gatherings or refreshments during the day.
There are also two bedrooms, both with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower bathtub. Both bedrooms also have private balcony with beautiful sea view. At the ground floor is also one separated toilet room.
First floor:
At the first floor are two more bedrooms, both having double bed, private balcony with gorgeous sea view, and en-suite bathroom with shower bathtub.
