Beautiful Sea View Villa in Rogac Island Solta

This luxury villa is newly built in a traditional Dalmatian style, within the lush Mediterranean garden, which additionally emphasize its Mediterranean character. Villa is located less than 100 meters from sea and beautiful beaches, in a small and picturesque fisherman village Rogac in Solta Island. Rogac is the main ferry port of the Solta Island with 2 restaurants, coffee bar, tourist office, and bus station. The village Grohote is in 2 kilometers distance, where you may find fruit, vegetable, and fish market, grocery store, as well as medical center and pharmacy.
This luxury villa is absolutely incorporated into traditional local architecture but at the same time it offers luxury facilities and modernly designed furniture in order to provide relaxed and luxurious vacations.
Villa in Rogac is set up on 2 floors and consists of fully equipped kitchen and dining area, spacious living area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates up to 9 guests.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor you may find master bedroom with comfortable double bed equipped with anatomic mattress, one extra single sofa bed, air condition unit, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, floor heating, and toiletries. Another double room is on this floor too, with two separated single/ twin beds, both with anatomic mattresses and air condition unit. One toilet is near.
The common rooms dominate to the ground floor. That is fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all dishes, cooking and eating utensils. Right near kitchen’s island bar is dining area with table and chairs.
Below this area is spacious living room with comfy leader sofa and armchair, air condition unit, LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and Hi-fi system. Living room area is opened onto roofed terrace in front of the villa, near the swimming pool.

First floor:
First floor consists of two more double bedrooms, both with double bed with anatomic mattress, air condition unit, walk-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, floor heating, and toiletries. Both rooms have private sea view balcony / terrace.

Outside:
On a 120 square meters area of mostly sea view furnished terraces in front of this luxury villa, beautiful swimming pool is situated in complete privacy, surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean plants. In front of the villa, connected with glass terrace doors to the outside living room is a terrace with table and chairs for dining and outdoor grill.
Near the villa is a private parking place.
2 bicycles are on the property and are offered to the guests who want to explore the island and enjoy in beautiful nature near the sea.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Please note, tourist tax is not included in accommodation price; it is payable directly to the villa manager on arrival.
1,30 € per adult, and 1,00 € per child (12-18 years) per day. Children under the age of 12 do not pay tourist tax.
