Inside, rooms are arranged on 3 floors in total.
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 2: a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 3: a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with sea view.
Bedroom 4: a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. This room can be used separately or connected with Bedroom 3.
At this floor, there are also 2 open terraces, one equipped with seating furniture and the other one with a large dining table suitable for 14 people.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen kitchen with dining area where you will find wood, massive table, as well as living room with TV and sofa. This area is sized 120 square meters, and it has access to the covered terrace with stone barbecue.
This floor has one bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony from where you may enjoy amazing panoramic sea view.
Master bedroom (Bedroom 6) is also at this floor. It has king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, private terrace, and living room area.
The upper floor offers one more bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and private living area, walk in closet, and balcony.
This bedroom also has private terrace equipped with 2 sunbeds and umbrella.
Outside of this villa is a large, heated infinity swimming pool with an outdoor shower and toilet.
There are few terraces and a garden around, with barbecue facilities and an outside dining area with a table for 14 people.
Terraces overlook the sea and magical Pakleni islands.
Private parking for guests is provided.
