Charming Holiday House with 2 Private Swimming Pools in Sutivan Island Brac

This charming house is located in peaceful area, surrounded by greenery and pine trees, thus it provides full relaxation.
At the terrace in front of the house are 2 swimming pools, smaller and bigger, and both are on guests’ disposal during the stay in the house.
Both pools are heated by solar collectors which results water temperature of over 20 Celsius degrees even in May and October. During the high season and hot sunny days, pools are of course, hotter than in May and October. Bigger pool is equipped with 4 massage jets.
Near the pools is barbecue / grill area.
Inside, house consists of 3 apartments with separate entrance arranged on 3 floors, and in total there are 3 kitchens with dining area, living room, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
House accommodates 10 to 12 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is smaller apartment which consists of small kitchen with the appliances and small dining table with chairs. There is also one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.

First floor:
At the first floor is bigger apartment which consists of bigger kitchen with the appliances, dining area with table and chairs together with small living area with TV and armchair which may be transformed into an extra bed for one person if needed. This area has an exit to the balcony equipped with table and chairs with beautiful sea view.
There are also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with 2 separated single / twin beds, and one bathroom with shower.

Second floor:
At the top floor is one more apartment. This apartment is the biggest one, and has fully equipped kitchen together with dining area, living room with sofa that may be used as an extra bed for 1 person, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single/twin beds, and one bathroom with shower.

All apartments are air conditioned and have free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of the house are 2 swimming pools; smaller and bigger, both heated with solar collectors, while bigger pool is equipped with 4 hydro massage jets. Near the pool is outdoor shower.
There is also outdoor dining area on the terrace with table and chairs together with grill.
Entire house is surrounded by greenery and pine trees which additionally contribute to the freshness and clearness of the air enriched by sea breeze.
Private parking space for 3 cars is available in front of the house - private property and at guests' disposal during the stay.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 200,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
