Island Brac Large Holiday House with Pool and Facilities for Children

Holiday house situated in place Selca in island Brac offers beautiful vacations especially to the families with children where everyone may enjoy in time together in plenty of space in and outside of the house.
Front area of the house offers private swimming pool, swing and trampoline for children, outdoor shower, as well as covered part with outdoor dining table and traditional stone barbecue at guests’ disposal during the stay.
Inside, house is divided in 2 parts; ground and first floor and they are rented as one unit together.
In total, house consists of 2 kitchens with dining areas and living rooms, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with French double beds, and 1 bedroom with large single bed.
2 of the bedrooms have additional single bed suitable for children. There are also 4 bathrooms in the house each with shower.
House accommodates up to 14 guests.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dining area, and living room with comfy corner sofa and flat screen TV.
Entire area is air conditioned.
At this floor are 3 bedrooms; 1st bedroom has double bed in which is also one additional single bed suitable for child (90 cm x 180 cm); 2nd bedroom has double / French bed, and 3rd bedroom has large single bed (120 cm x 200 cm). It may be added one more additional bed for 1 person at this floor.
There are also 2 bathrooms with shower at this floor.

First floor:
Upper floor is 2 storey floor, and it consists of fully equipped kitchen together with dining and living area with sofas and armchair and flat screen TV.
2 bathrooms with shower are as well at this floor.
First floor also has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms are with double beds each.
2 more double bedrooms are up to the internal staircases, and it is attic bedroom with hip roof. Each bedroom has French double bed, and additional single bed for child.

All bedrooms in house have either air condition or ceiling fans. Common areas are air conditioned.
Both floors have free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
At the 1000 square meters of fenced private yard you will find beautiful swimming pool for full relaxation. There are also trampoline and swings for children.
Entire area is surrounded by greenery and charming garden which give additional relaxing atmosphere to this area.
Covered part of outdoor area offers small lounge, exercise device, and outdoor dining with traditional stone barbecue.
There is also private parking space suitable for 4 cars, right next to the house.

Damage deposit: 300 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
Check-in from 16:00 p.m. & Check-out till 10:00 a.m.
