If you’re looking for relaxation in nature, this is the perfect choice for your vacation. This stone house with sea view is situated in Cavtat, in peaceful bay, away from daily crowd, near the sea and beautiful Cavtat beaches.

Cavtat is small tourist town situated in Dubrovnik Riviera, only 18 kilometers away from famous cultural and historical center of Dubrovnik.

This stone house is built on 3 floors (2 floors + attic) where are fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attic that may be sleeping and extra living area, and front and back terraces outside the house.

House accommodates up to 10 guests.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are with double bed, and the third one is with two separated single / twin beds. There is also one bathroom with shower tub, and separate laundry room with washing machine. Stairs form the ground floor leads to the first floor.

First floor:
Very spacious dining and living area is at the first floor, together with high quality furnished and equipped kitchen with all appliances such as stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all cutlery and cookery needed. Living and dining area has exits to 3 different terraces. First one is a large front patio that overlooks the sea, second is back terrace with open space barbecue / grill, and the third one is small, side balcony.
Near the inner stairs that leads upstairs to the attic area is one shared bathroom with shower tub.

Attic:
Attic is a spacious area divided on two parts. On one side are two separated single beds, and on the other side is sofa that may be transformed into an extra double bed for 2 persons. Near the sofa is also LCD SAT TV.
This sea view house is totally covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Front terrace is fully equipped with cozy terrace furniture and sun umbrellas.
Back terrace is spacious terrace where is situated outdoor grill / barbecue – wood burning, and terrace furniture where you may enjoy fresh prepared meals and sun while breathing clear fresh air.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
