This charming holiday house is located close to beautiful beaches, few top quality restaurants, and sport facilities.
Two upper floors of the house are for rent, and in front of the ground floor is beautiful swimming pool and stone fenced area around the pool equipped with sun beds, charming well cared garden, and traditional stone barbecue with terrace equipped with sitting furniture.
House also has beautiful balconies and terrace equipped with seating furniture from where you may enjoy beautiful view on the sea and experience full relaxation.
Inside, house consists of 2 floors where each floor has kitchen with dining area and living room.
In total, there are 2 kitchens with dining areas, 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates 6 to 9 guests.

First floor:
At the first floor is kitchen with the appliances together with dining area where round table and chairs are.
Right next is living room with TV and large sofa which may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 people if needed. Here are also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and another with 2, twin beds, and one bathroom.

Second floor:
Second floor also consists of kitchen with the appliances, dining area with table and chairs, and living room with TV and sofa which may be an extra bed for one person.
There is also one bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

Both floor kitchen / living areas have exits to the balconies equipped with sun beds, and first floor has living area balcony with furniture. At the second floor, there is big terrace with dining table and chairs and beautiful view.
Both floors are air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
Front yard of this charming house is fenced by stone walls. Swimming pool and area around provide full privacy and relaxation on comfortable sun beds.
Near pool area is traditional stone barbecue on guests’ disposal, and only few steps distanced is covered terrace with furniture. Yard around the house is enriched by greenery and beautiful maintained small gardens.
Private parking space is also at guests’ disposal in front of the house.
