This adorable villa with pool is situated near Rogoznica, in quiet and peaceful place; thus it offers relaxing holidays in full privacy enriched by amazing sea view.
This area offers beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.
Villa is only few meters distanced from the sea, and there is a private beach right in front of villa garden and pool.
Beach is concrete plateau, and it is equipped with bench, sun umbrella and sun beds. Approach to the sea is small pebble.
Besides swimming pool, large garden is full of greenery and maintained lawn, Mediterranean plants, garden furniture, and sun beds.
Right in front of villa is beautiful terrace with traditional stone barbecue and large dining area near which is separated entrance to summer kitchen with dining area.
Inside, villa is set up on 2 floors where each floor comprises of kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom.

In front of this adorable villa is 400 square meters sized fenced yard.
There you will find beautiful swimming pool from where you may enjoy amazing view at the sea right in front.
