Villa is made of stone, in traditional style, and offers beautiful views at the sea and surroundings. It is located near town Hvar in island Hvar and therefore offers full privacy for holidays with friends or family with swimming pool overlooking the sea, and beautiful private area decorated with lounge areas and beautiful gazebo for full relaxation.
There is also outdoor porch with stone barbecue and outdoor table with chairs for group meals.
Inside, fully equipped and furnished villa offers home warmth to its guests. There is fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with 2 beds), 3 bathrooms with shower, and one additional toilet.
Villa is great choice for those who search for privacy away from crowds, and at the same time vicinity to all facilities and attractions in day and night life, as Croatian most famous destination town Hvar is just 2 minutes driving away.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 1.000,00 EUR (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price; it is payable on arrival in villa directly to villa manager in amount of approximately; 1.30 euro per adult per day, and 0.9 euro per child (18-12 yrs) per day. Children under the age of 12 do not pay tourist tax.
Cleaning fee is not included in villa accommodation price; it is payable on arrival in amount of 300 euro per stay / week.
