Set in a Mavarstica, a small but beautiful bay on island Ciovo, this lovely villa is a great choice for large families or group of friends. Island Ciovo is an island connected by a bridge to the mainland. Here you will find peaceful atmosphere and relaxation while just 5 km away is a beautiful UNESCO town of Trogir with enchanting history, architecture and charm.
The Villa is far away from city crowd, noise and everything else that makes nowadays life pretty stressed.Nearby there is a restaurant, shop, cafe, tennis fields and bus station.
In 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this Island Ciovo villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.
Ground floor
The ground floor comprises of a living room with pull out sofa bed and SAT TV, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, deep freezer, microwave, coffee machine, stove, and dishes; dining area with table and chairs, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms ( double and twin). The large summer terrace with garden furniture is available from the living room. Stairs lead to the first floor.
The communal areas are air conditioned.
First floor
This floor consists of a kitchen ( coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, dishes) with dining area, the small living are and a 2 bedrooms ( double and twin) sharing one bathroom and toilet. Two balconies with sitting garniture are on this floor too.

Guesthouse
Just a few steps from the main house is a small apartment with a double bedroom, bathroom and dining area.

Outside
The beautiful terrace with swimming pool featuring amazing sea views, outdoor shower, outdoor grill and garden furniture are in the yard of this villa.
Parking place for 5 cars is next to he villa. The private boat mooring for a boat up to 5 m ( 100 m distanced), is at guests disposal.
