It is located on the slopes of the Mountain Kozjak, and at the same time in vicinity to town Trogir and Split Airport.
It is also easy reachable from the highway (A1), therefore, offers various opportunities of daily excursions in both directions; to Zagreb or Dubrovnik.

At the 1st level are also 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, and 2 bathrooms, one with shower, and one with hydro massage bathtub.
At 2nd level is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one separated apartment with private living room with sofa and flat screen SAT TV, bedroom with double bed, and bathroom with shower.
This area is by wooden staircases connected to the gallery bedroom with 2 single / twin beds, which are positioned at 3rd level of the villa.
All rooms in villa have private balcony or covered terrace equipped with seating furniture.
Entire villa is air conditioned, equipped with floor heating, and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
At the 16 000 square meters large fenced private property you will find olive grows, oak, and almond trees, enriched with old pine trees, maintained lawn, beautiful well cared garden with various vegetables, as well as large green fields. Somewhere in between trees is charming children playground and bocce / Dalmatian bowling field.
At the beautiful landscaped terraces is 40 square meters sized swimming pool with heating possibility, countercurrent swimming system, and horizontal & vertical water massages.
Around the pool are sun beds and outdoor shower.
Right near the pool is small pool house with fitness room, wardrobe, sofa, and bathroom with shower.
There is also separated summer kitchen with traditional stone barbecue, wine and olive oil cellar / tavern.
Aside of the terrace is outdoor dining area with large stone table and chairs, and outdoor grill.
