Luxury beach villa located near Makarska is spectacular villa that offers complete comfort and relaxes not only with the luxury décor but also with the amazing view that you enjoy while you’re here. It is the crystal blue sea on one side that provides feeling that you’re inside and Biokovo Mountain on the other side with the steep cliffs that altogether makes the sense of being there priceless.

Villa Drasnice consists of 5 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony, 6 bathrooms in total, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, 2 terraces in front paved with exotic wood, swimming pool hidden from view with sun beds, and shady spot for sunbathing on the roof.

Villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

This luxury beach villa consists of 3 floors. Total surface of living area is 300 square meters plus 100 square meters of balconies and 250 square meters of terraces and pool area in front of the house. Owner paid attention to each detail during the built of villa. Villa is completely air conditioned including all bedrooms and common rooms. All bathrooms are equipped with floor heating as well as complete ground floor. On the first and second floor there is top quality parquet floor. Every corner of this villa is subordinated to the enjoyment.

Ground floor:
Ground floor is all about relaxation. In a large area dominate comfy couch / sofa and LCD TV screen.
There is also one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony, as well as other common bathroom.

First floor:
First floor consists of 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony. South oriented living room dominates this floor. There is living room with sofa and LCD TV screen, and kitchen with dining room. In the middle there is a fireplace (wood burning) that provides special warmth to this space. Thanks to this, it is also ideal to spend time here in the cold winter days.

Second floor:
On the second floor there is big fully equipped kitchen with dining room (dishes, eating and cooking utensils, espresso machine, freezer, fridge, dish washer, oven, stove, microwave oven…), south oriented living area with sofa and LCD TV. There are also 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and sea view balcony. In the middle there is also wood burning fireplace, just like on the first floor.

On the roof of the villa there is a shady spot for sunbathing, completely hidden from views.

Outside:
In front of this luxury beach villa there is swimming pool completely hidden from views.
Sun beds and terrace furniture are there too in order to complete the enjoyment stay at the foot of the mountain and directly by the sea and small pebble / white sandy beach.
