If you’re looking for a relaxing holidays, this villa is certainly the right choice.
It is located in small place Praznice in the heart of island Brac, in the vicinity to the grocery shop and restaurants.
Villa is very tastefully decorated, and greatest attention was paid to the details, which result with the very warm interior enriched with artistic paintings of Croatian artists, and exceptional collection of marine antiquities details as compasses, rudders, watches... and other vintage items like irons, pots, tools… which have been collected for years.
Therefore, this villa is a true gallery of art work and antiques collected and embedded in the interior with all love and care, and thus it provides comfort and needed peace to everyone.
In front of villa is beautiful swimming pool and maintained garden with greenery, as well as porch with dining table and wooden benches.
Villa is set up on 3 levels and consists of wine cellar in the basement, and kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one separate toilet room, laundry room, and gallery room with sofa, TV, and office desk.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 people.
Basement:
In the basement of this luxury villa is wine cellar with pro-chromium wine tank and pro-chromium olive oil tank.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining area and spacious living room with sofa, and indoor fireplace.
Near is separate room with traditional stone barbecue / grill and large dining table perfect for group meals or gatherings. This area is opened onto the porch in front of the villa.
At this floor is one bathroom with double bed, TV, DVD player, and air condition. Bedroom has en-suite bathroom as well.
There is also one separate toilet.
First floor:
Up to the stairs is gallery space with sofa, TV, and office desk with computer on guest disposal.
At the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom is with double bed, and another is with 2 separated / twin beds.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD player, and air condition.
Here is also laundry room.
Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access. Each room in villa has TV.
Villa is also equipped with Hi-fi sound system, monitoring system, and security alarm system.
Outside:
Yard around the villa is fenced and decorated with authentic Dalmatian herbs which provide additional relaxation near swimming pool and porch with handmade wooden table with wooden benches which may be used as outdoor dining area.
