Villa is set up on 3 floors and consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and one study / office room. In front is a large yard and terrace with swimming pool.
Villa also offers 2 parking spaces in private garage.
Villa accommodates 6 to 7 people.

Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area with table and chairs, living room with comfy corner sofa, and LCD SAT TV. Living room is opened onto large terrace with swimming pool in front. Only big glass doors separate living room from pool terrace.
There is also one study / office room with sofa that may be an extra bed for 1 person if needed. One bathroom with shower is also at the ground floor.

First floor:
Up to the stairs is first floor, where is one bedroom with double bed, LCD SAT TV, and large dressing room.
This bedroom has an exit to the beautiful balcony with the view. At this floor is also one bathroom with bathtub.

Second floor:
Second floor / Top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one is with double bed and other is with two single / twin beds. Both bedrooms have exits to the top floor balcony with amazing view.
At this floor is also one bathroom with bathtub.

All rooms in villa are designed to fill the interior spaces with light and air, thus to create relaxing and stimulating atmosphere. Large balconies from the bedrooms offer views on different levels, and large floor to ceiling window doors in the living room generate a perfect in-out experience with the sunbathing terrace and swimming pool right there.
Entire villa is air-conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this spacious luxury villa is 600 square meters of wall fenced yard with swimming pool surrounded by sun beds for full relaxation.
Outdoor area is also enriched by Mediterranean garden which provides additional privacy and comfort to its guests.
Private garage with 2 parking spaces is right near the villa.
