This spacious villa is located in small village near Pula. It is peaceful place, away from city noise and stress in any kind; therefore, this location is perfect for relaxing holidays in peace and privacy with family or friends.
At the same time, villa is only 5 kilometers distanced from the sea and beaches, as well as Pula town center, so in a few minutes driving you are there, whenever you want to go sightseeing, nightlife, bars, restaurants, or just relax on the beach.
Villa offers beautiful yard with swimming pool in front.
Inside are 3 floors; basement, ground, and first floor; with entertainment area, kitchen, dining, living room, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and toilet.
Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests.

Basement:
In villa basement is entertainment zone equipped with pool / billiard table, darts, table tennis, table football, and some fitness equipment. This area is just perfect for family or friends gatherings thru games.
One bathroom with shower is also in this area.

Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Aside of the kitchen is dining area with table and chairs. Next is a living room with comfy leather sofas. Sofa may be transformed into an extra bed if needed.
There is also flat screen SAT TV. This area is opened onto outdoor terrace with dining area and swimming pool through glass doors. One toilet is also there.
At this floor are 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and en-suite bathrooms.

First floor:
At this floor are 2 more double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Villa is fully air conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with shower, air condition unit, flat screen SAT TV, and exit to the balcony (upper bedrooms).

Outside:
Central part of the outdoor area is definitely swimming pool.
Swimming pool is surrounded by sun beds for full relaxation.
At the covered part of the terrace is outdoor dining area with table and chairs as well as outdoor grill at guests’ disposal during the stay in villa.
Entire house is surrounded by beautiful greenery which additionally provides relaxation and peace to this beautiful place.
Private parking is available next to the property.
Villa is only 5 kilometers distanced from the Pula town center, beach, and all other facilities and attractions.

Damage deposit: 400,00 € (payable directly to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
