The luxury beachfront villa offers fully relaxing holidays right in front of the beach and crystal clear sea.
The outdoor area of the villa is enriched with a gorgeous garden full of Mediterranean plants and equipped with garden furniture.
At the front covered terrace which offers amazing sea view is Jacuzzi whirlpool hot tub, as well as outdoor dining area with table and chairs, and barbecue / grill.
Terrace and garden area have direct access / path to the beach which is right in front of the villa.
At the side of the villa is another smaller, furnished covered terrace surrounded by pine trees and other greenery which provide natural shade and makes this place perfect for relaxing in peace.
Inside, villa consists of 2 floors.
Each floor may function independently as each floor has a kitchen with dining area, living room, and bedrooms with bathrooms, but the villa is rented as one unit.
In total, villa consists of 2 kitchens, both with dining and living areas, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one extra toilet.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is a kitchen with sliding French patio doors, and spacious living room with a sofa that may be transformed into a comfy extra bed if needed.
The living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV.
At this floor are 2 bedrooms, both with king-size double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
This floor is opened onto large, front terrace with Jacuzzi, dining area, barbecue, and garden, and at the smaller terrace with seating set. Both terraces are covered.
First floor:
Here you will find large, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances connected to the dining area.
Right next is a large living room with sofa and armchairs, indoor fireplace, and LCD SAT TV.
This area is opened onto the terrace that offers amazing sea view.
At this floor is the master bedroom with king size double bed, and master bathroom with tub and shower.
Both floors in the villa are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
In front of this luxury villa is a beautiful covered terrace with stylish wooden dining table and chairs. There is also barbecue / grill. Right next is outdoor Jacuzzi Whirlpool hot tub surrounded by beautifully maintained lawn and Mediterranean garden with all kind of greenery which makes perfect natural shade.
Garden and terrace have a path which leads directly to the beach in front of the villa. Beach is partly pebble and partly is concrete plateau equipped with sun beds and umbrella.
Near the terrace is a small patio with massage table for full relaxation. Perfect for ‘massages on call’ – additionally charged, professional masseur needs to be booked in advance.
At the side of the villa is one more, smaller terrace, also covered and equipped with seating furniture surrounded by Mediterranean garden.
There is also an outdoor shower, table tennis and table football games in the villa.
Near villa is a private parking place for guests; 4 parking spaces available.

Damage deposit: 500, 00 € (payable directly to the owner upon the arrival and returned upon departure)
