Luxury villa is located in Lokva Rogoznica, small seaside place with beautiful beaches, near Omis.
Villa is surrounded by beautiful garden with olive trees and greenery, and offers amazing sea view.
From front terrace, beside unobstructed sea view, you may enjoy in swimming pool, and comfy sun beds. There is also terrace furniture, outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as traditional stone barbecue.
Garage parking, as well as private outdoor parking is provided.
Inside, villa is set up on 3 floors (basement, ground, and first floor) ; and has fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, Jacuzzi hot tub, sauna room, and fitness room.
Villa accommodates 6 to 8 people.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests if needed.
This area is opened onto the terrace with amazing sea view, terrace furniture, stone barbecue, covered outdoor dining table, swimming pool, and sun beds.
At the ground floor is also one separated toilet room.
First floor:
Up to the stairs are 3 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have shared balcony with sea view, and third bedroom has own balcony which may also be accessed by stairs from the pool terrace.
Entire villa is air conditioned (VRV air conditioning system) and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Basement:
Basement is equipped with fitness equipment, sauna room, Jacuzzi tub, and bathroom with shower.
Additional studio apartment:
Villa also has additional studio apartment / bedroom with kitchenette, TV, and private bathroom with shower.
Bed is sofa which may be transformed into comfy bed for 2 people.
It can be used as 4th bedroom upon request, or as accommodation for accompanying staff.
Outside:
In front of the villa is beautiful garden and seating furniture.
Covered part of front terrace is equipped with dining table and chairs, and near is traditional stone barbecue.
At the terrace, offering direct sea view, is beautiful swimming pool with classy and comfy sun beds right near.
