This attractive and modernly decorated villa with swimming pool is located above Baska Voda, near Makarska, and it offers panoramic sea view on central Dalmatian islands, Brac and Hvar.
Villa provides everything needed for comfortable stay, since it is equipped with all facilities of modern life.
Villa is set up on 2 floors, and consists of 2 apartments / one apartment on each floor, but it is rented as one unit, and in total has 2 kitchens, dining, and living areas, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and summer kitchen with barbecue / grill and dining area near the terrace in front of the villa, as well as swimming pool and area around the pool.
Villa accommodates 8 to 10 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor, you will find fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Near is dining area and living room with LCD SAT TV & DVD player, and sofa that may be used as an extra bed for one person.
There is also one bedroom with double bed,
First floor:
Upstairs is also a kitchen with dining area and living room with sofa bed that may be used as an extra bed for one person. There are three bedrooms, two with double bed, and one with 2 separate single beds. 3 bathrooms are at the first floor as well.
Entire villa is air-conditioned and equipped with central heating system at both floors. Both floors are also covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access, and all bedrooms have air condition unit and a nice view, while some also have private sea view balcony with balcony furniture.
Outside:
Villa is surrounded by beautiful garden and lawn. There are few terraces. One is pool terrace equipped with sun beds and umbrellas in front of the swimming pool.
Near the house is a summer kitchen, fully equipped as ones inside the villa, with the grill / barbecue as well. There is also large dining table with chairs. This area is perfect for preparation of meals during the hot summer days, and evening gatherings.
