This stone house is carefully renovated according to the architectonic and building standards since it is a protected monument of cultural heritage (UNESCO) located in the old town of Vis.
Vis retained its original Mediterranean charm, where many historic buildings testify about thousand year old culture of this island.
Many restaurants and bars offer local food specialties and vine sorts, nearby fish market will provide you with everyday fresh fish, and fruit and vegetable market with its daily fresh products.
This authentically renovated and luxury equipped stone villa is fitted with handmade furniture of larch and beech while floors are paved with stone and wooden precious materials.
Villa is just few minutes walking distance away from the beautiful beach, it is set up on 2 levels, and consists of kitchen with dining and living area, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, and beautiful terraces.
Villa accommodates 4 guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of master bedroom with double bed with anatomic mattress, air condition unit, and safe deposit box; and one twin bedroom with two separated single beds with anatomic mattresses, and air condition unit. These 2 bedrooms have luxury equipped shared bathroom with shower, floor heating, and toiletries.
First floor:
Stairs from the ground floor lead to the fully and modernly equipped kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cooking and eating utensils. Dining and living area offers a large dining table, comfortable sofa, and LCD SAT TV, DVD player, and Hi-fi system.
Outside:
First floor living area is opened to the romantic sunny terrace with beautiful view on old town Vis and sea, equipped with terrace furniture and sun umbrellas.
In front of the villa is a gorgeous covered terrace with sitting furniture and summer kitchen with traditional Dalmatian stone made barbecue / grill.
2 bicycles are on the property and are offered to the guests who want to explore this beautiful island and discover the secluded bays, hidden beaches and original villages, surrounded by unspoiled wild nature.
