Lumbarda holiday house accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
The ground floor comprises beautiful well-equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven), dining /living area with exit to the lovely terrace with fine sea views, outdoor BBQ, and a sitting furniture. Double bedroom and a shower room are in the rear of this floor.

First floor:
Double room and a twin room sharing a bathroom and a TV lounge are on the first floor.

Attic:
Ladder stairs lead to the attic where is a twin bedroom.
Lounge and corridors are air-conditioned.
Ceiling fans in selected rooms
Entire house provides free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
The terrace with BBQ, garden furniture, and beautiful sea views is a relaxing point of this villa. Here the guests prepare and dine most of their meals and enjoy in socializing.
Private parking place is available at the property.
