There is a modern living area enriched with SAT TV, well-equipped kitchen ( coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove), two bathrooms and spacious balcony with sitting garnitures. Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom are sleeping corners of this floor.

All common areas are air-conditioned.
Entire villa offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
There is a stone-fenced swimming pool terrace with open fireplace, outdoor shower and garden furniture ideal for relaxing afternoons with family.

Damage deposit: 300,00 € (payable directly to the villa owner / manager upon arrival and returned upon departure)
