This charming holiday house is located at the entrance to the Island Brac place Skrip, at the 6000 square meters of private property, and therefore, it offers complete privacy and relaxing holidays enriched with amazing views at the surrounding nature.
In front of the house is beautiful terrace with 2 pools (smaller and big) and sunbeds for complete enjoyment.
There is also outdoor dining table with chairs, and traditional stone barbecue on guests' disposal during the stay.
Inside, house offers kitchen with dining and living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower.
House accommodates up to 7 guests.
***For the season 2018. there is newly built cover on outdoor terrace, next to the pool, and also pool is additionally equipped with heater which is great advantage for off season months rentals.
Layout:
As you enter the house, there is open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and other kitchenware needed. In the extension to this part it is dining area and living room with flat screen TV.
There are 3 bedrooms. First bedroom is with double bed, second is with 2 separated single beds, and in third bedroom are one double plus one single bed. All is accompanied with 2 bathrooms with shower, and there is also washing machine in the house. House is air conditioned.
Outside:
In front of the house is beautiful yard with garden and terrace.
Central part of the terrace are 2 pools, smaller - shallow one, perfect for children, and bigger with waterfall.
Pools are surrounded with sunbeds and there is also outdoor shower.
Aside of the terrace is dining table with chairs perfect for alfresco dining and family / group gatherings.
From the terrace you may enjoy amazing views on surrounding nature and partly at the sea, and 6000 square meters of private property offer you full privacy and therefore relaxing holidays away from city crowds and everyday life.
Property offers free parking place.
