Brac Seaside House with Sea Water Swimming Pool

This charming seaside house is located right above Duboka Bay near Milna in Island Brac.
House is surrounded by untouched pure nature, with pine trees and Mediterranean plants.
In front is a large, wall fenced yard with gorgeous garden, terraces, swimming pool filled with sea water, children’s playground, sports court, and many other facilities for relaxing and pleasure holidays.
House is completely solar powered, thus it is eco friendly property, but guests are not limited with the power, since there is more than enough power in the house for everything needed during the stay.
This seaside house consists of Main and Annex house, and in total there is kitchen with dining area, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
House accommodates up to 10 people.

Main house:
In main house you will find well equipped kitchen with oven, stove (gas and electric), refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed together with dining area with table and chairs. Living room is equipped with Plasma TV, radio and CD player, as well as comfy sofa that easily may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests. There are also 2 double bedrooms, both with double bed, and one bathroom with shower tub.

Annex house:
Annex house consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and one bathroom with shower, completely new kitchen wit all appliances, as well as dining and living area.

Behind the houses is separated laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outside:
House is situated in secluded area and offers complete privacy, away from everyday crowd and noise.
It only 200 meters distanced from the sea and beautiful bays, and small rocky and pebble beach.
There is private path from the sea directly to the house, and house is fenced with walls, olive trees, fruit trees, and Mediterranean plants which additionally ensure the privacy.
Behind the house is a gazebo with table and chairs, ideal for gatherings or meals from barbecue / grill which is also right there.
There is also children’s playground, and court for volleyball and badminton.
Swimming pool in front is filled with sea water and surrounded with sun beds for full relaxation.
There is also outdoor shower and garden furniture.
House provides private parking for 3 cars.
