Built on 2 floors, connected with outdoor stairs, this luxury villa consists of classic kitchen, dining and living area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and toilet on a 200 square meters of living area.
Villa accommodates up to 10 persons.
Beside 4 double bedrooms and sofa bed for 2 persons in living room, villa has 2 more extra beds and 2 kinder beds, and it is suitable for 12 persons + 2 small children.
Ground floor:
Classic kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher dishes, and porcelain. There is dining area with massive wooden table and chairs for 10 persons.
To this space dominates spacious (50m2) living area with large comfortable corner sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for2 persons and armchairs equipped with LCD SAT TV, air condition, and free Wi Fi Internet access. Living room area is opened to a large sea view covered terrace with table and chairs for enjoying the meals during the hot summer days.
One shared toilet is also on ground floor.
First floor:
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms have sea view, double bed and en-suite bathrooms with bath tub / shower. Other two bedrooms are with two separate, twin beds and have shared bathroom with bath tub / shower. All bedrooms have air condition unit.
Outside:
28 m2 swimming pool is situated in a natural pine shade, and sea breeze during the hot summer days here makes the pleasant feeling. Garden in front is full of lush greenery, Mediterranean plants like cypress and pine trees, lavender, and oleander bushes, decorated with lovely garden furniture on every corner.
