In total, villa has 6 double bedrooms all equipped with TV, 6 bathrooms, large living room, 4 smaller kitchens each with small dining tables, 1 large fully equipped kitchen and big dining table, BBQ/grill place in front on the terrace, big dining table on terrace, swimming pool and area around with sun beds, garden and garden furniture.

Villa accommodates 12 people.
Eventually, upon prior request, it is possible to add 4 extra beds in villa, for 16 people.
Extra beds may be used only for children, so villa may accommodate 12 adults + 4 children maximum.
Extra beds are upon prior request, and it may be additionally charged.

This luxury beach villa consists of 2 buildings that are connected with beautiful inner courtyard. Total surface of living area is 260 square meters of modernly and luxury equipped space.

First building is in front of the beach.

Ground floor:
Ground floor of the first building consists of fully equipped kitchen (eating and cooking utensils, dishes, dish washer, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave oven, espresso machine), dining room, and large living room with LCD TV screen, comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as fireplace (wood burning).

First floor:
Here is the master bedroom, the largest bedroom in villa. It occupies 55 square meters and it consists of double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and hydro massage bath tub for 2 persons, and own balcony with beautiful sea view and nearby island Hvar. Other bedroom on this floor is also double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydro massage shower and balcony with sea view.

Second building is behind first one and as it was previously stated, connected to the first building by small path and pool area.

Ground floor:
Ground floor in second building consists of two apartments both with double bed, small kitchen and dining table, bathroom with shower, and sofa that may be an extra bed.

First floor:
On the first floor there are also two apartments with double bed, sofa which may be also extra bed, small kitchen and dining table, bathroom with shower, and beautiful terrace.

Outside:
This luxury villa is built to provide guests with complete comfort and relax inside and in front.
At the 420 square meters of courtyard you will find big swimming pool (heated) and two beautiful terraces paved with authentic Brac stone. On one of them there is barbecue / grill with big dining table next to it for complete joy in summer lunches or diners.
Another terrace is in front of the pool which is located between two buildings and hidden from views. The sun beds are in front of the pool.

ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS AND POLICIES:
Damage deposit: 500, 00 EUR (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
